FAQ
Questions and answers
Which areas do you cover?
Homes across Norfolk and Suffolk. If you are not sure we reach you, email before you book.
What happens at a leak check?
Alex checks the supply pipes, toilet cisterns, water tanks, taps and pipework for leaks. He reads your meter too. It costs £30 and takes about 30 minutes.
What does a repair or fitting cost?
£60 an hour when you book online. For a bigger job email us and Alex will give you a price first.
When can Alex come?
Monday to Friday 5:30pm to 8pm. Saturday 9am to 2pm. The booking calendar shows the times that are free.
Can you fit parts I have bought myself?
Yes. Book a repair or installation visit and tell Alex what you have in the notes.
How do I pay?
By cash or card when your order arrives or the job is done. You never enter card details on this website.
Will a flow restrictor make my shower weak?
It cuts the flow and keeps the pressure, so the spray still feels strong. It suits showers on mains pressure, such as a combi boiler or an unvented cylinder. It is not for electric showers.
Will a dual flush valve fit my toilet?
It fits most toilets with a cistern. If you are unsure, Alex can check when he fits it.
How much will I save?
It depends on your home. The savings calculator gives an estimate using local water and gas prices. Water savings only show on your bill if you have a water meter.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
