He was professional, observed all COVID-19 protocols and appeared a knowledgeable professional who clearly explained the work he was undertaking. Our was a very small job which was because our toilet cistern would not stop running. Alex contacted us via Rated People and after discussion about the problem he arrived within 2 hours.
